Return & Refund Policy

Because our collection consists primarily of unique pre-owned pieces, please review all photos and descriptions carefully before ordering.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. To qualify, an item must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and returned in the same condition received with all CCTwice tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To request a return, email cctwice@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return before sending the item. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, typically within 5–10 business days. Final-sale items, gift cards, and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged or materially different from its listing, and include clear photos.
