Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary by destination or carrier conditions.

Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. CCTwice is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Risk of loss transfers upon confirmed carrier delivery. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact the carrier first and then email cctwice@hotmail.com so we can assist.
